Finally spring..........sometimes

The weather has decided that it would like to be warm... today. I am so sick of the snow! I don't care if it never ever snows again. If it snows again my son will drive me to the brink of insanity.

Now that Elijah has a taste of playing outside, there is no turning back. When he wakes up he anxiously runs to the living room and says "up" . He must have the blinds open so he can begin his nagging to "siiide". This does not stop until we go outside... then all hell breaks loose when it is time to go inside.

Most kids sit and stare blankly at the TV all day, not my boy. I should be happy about this but for some reason today, I really wish he was a TV boy!

I need to do laundry and mop my floors but instead we are getting ready to go on an adventure around the block. This makes him happy, therefore I am happy.. right.??

I have work to do and people to call and typing to finish... instead I am getting out the baby jogger and getting snacks together and diapers and such.

It looks like rain. But we will perservere! I will bundle that boy up and take him out if it kills me!

We get halfway to the post office and all I can hear from him is COOOODE!! Now he wants to go home cause he is cold.... I can't win

just a little something from the past couple of days

We like to do pirate dancing around here.......it is in our blood!

Elijah recently got his first Snap on tool box. He loves it. His hotweels have a stylin garage for sure!

Our trip to Texas was pretty successful.... Until I got strep throat! Sorry if I didn't get to see everyone while I was there, but by the time I left Austin I was pretty sick.

I did get to see some High school and College friends and their kids while I was in Austin. Angela, Sarah and I all have boys:) It seems like everyone is having boys these days!

Elijah had a really good time with all of his cousins and meeting his great-grandma Brown!
Sorry it has taken so long to post these, I will try to update more frequently!
